PLS is located in Clinton, Tennessee, serving the greater Knoxville and East Tennessee area for over 30 years.

Professional Land Systems was founded by Ned Ferguson, TN Professional Surveyor #1643, in 1992. We have spent decades honing our skills, adapting to market conditions and emerging technology to provide reliable and consistent information and consulting services to our clients.

Our mission is to provide reliable due diligence to assist homeowners, contractors, developers, buyers, and investors in making sound, well-informed decisions.
